Here it is proof that bux.to does pay. Its really nice. I have to take my word back about buying referrals from bux.to because its really worth it for people that can't find referrals. I'm making about $1.00 per day now from them. It does not say bux.to anywhere in the payout, so I guess bux.to is own by FreelancerMarketing.com.

They have the same interface as AdBux, but different color. You make money by clicking on ads. To make more money you get referrals and earn money for their clicks. So the more referrals you have the better. At bux.to you can purchase referrals and quality is not that good. Around 20% is active. With referrals you reach payout a lot faster. 10 active referrals can get you payout in a week. Also when you upgrade to premium you will be earning 50% more. For people there is here to make money with bux.to, they have an annoying tracking system when you click on links because you get the "X" a lot, which means you were not credit for clicking the ad. So you need to click on it again and again. This is good for advertisers because they are getting their money's worth for so many "X". When they pay $2.99 for 100 clicks, they are probably going to get about 300 clicks because each member is clicking on the ad 2 or 3 times to try to get credited.
